Terms and Conditions dd44 — Platform Rules and Guidelines

To create an account and use the services of dd44, the user must meet all of the following requirements:

• Be 18 years of age or older of age at the time of registration;
• Be a Brazil resident with a valid CPF issued by the Receita Federal;
• Provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information in the registration form;
• Not be included on any betting exclusion list or active self-exclusion program;
• Not have had a previous account closed by dd44 for violation of these Terms and Conditions.

Dd44 reserves the right to request identity verification documents (KYC) at any time, including a copy of an RG or CNH, a proof of address issued within the last 90 days, and proof of ownership of the payment method used. Failure to provide these documents within the stipulated deadline may result in temporary or permanent account suspension and the withholding of pending withdrawals until the matter is resolved.

Each user may hold only one active account on dd44, linked to their CPF. Duplicate accounts are detected automatically by the platform's anti-fraud system. If duplication is confirmed, all related accounts will be suspended and any bonuses obtained will be cancelled. The user's own deposit balance (excluding bonuses) will be returned to the account holder after identity verification.

Parlay (multi) bets are calculated by multiplying the odds of each selected event. All events in the parlay must be correct for the bet to be considered a win. If one event in the parlay is cancelled, that event's odds are replaced by 1.00 in the calculation, and the bet remains valid for the remaining events.

All deposits and withdrawals on the dd44 are processed exclusively in BRL. The platform accepts the following payment methods:

Under no circumstances shall dd44's total liability to any user, for any cause, exceed the balance available in the user's account at the time the claim arose. dd44 is not liable for indirect damages, loss of profits, or moral damages arising from use of the platform, except as expressly provided by law.

Using the dd44 platform for money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other illegal activity is strictly prohibited and subject to reporting to the relevant authorities, in accordance with the legal obligations applicable to betting platforms in Brazil.

Users may request voluntary closure of their account at dd44 at any time, through the support channel. Voluntary closure entails:

• Cancellation of pending bets that can no longer be settled, with a refund of the staked amount;
• Cancellation of any remaining bonus balance, without compensation;

• Judicial or administrative order issued by a competent authority;

In the event of closure due to a Terms violation, dd44 may retain any bonus balances and winnings obtained through irregular conduct, but must return the user's own deposits — except where those deposits are directly linked to the irregular activity under investigation. In such cases, the balance may be held until the internal review or administrative/legal process is concluded.

If you do not agree with the changes, you may request account closure before the new terms come into effect and withdraw your available balance under the rules then in force.

The most recent version of these Terms and Conditions is always available on this page, with the last updated date shown at the top of the document. dd44 recommends that users revisit this page periodically to stay informed about the platform's terms of use.

In the event of a conflict between a previous version and the current version of these Terms, the most recent version always prevails — except for bets already confirmed before the update date, which remain governed by the conditions in effect at the time of confirmation.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Federative Republic of Brazil. To resolve any disputes arising from the use of the dd44 platform, the parties elect the court of the user's domicile in Brazil, expressly waiving any other jurisdiction, however privileged it may be.
